How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

How long will delivery take?

Our estimated shipping time is 6–12 days worldwide. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures.

My tracking hasn’t updated for a while. Is that normal?

Yes, it’s common for tracking to remain unchanged for several days during international shipping. If your order seems delayed or you’re concerned, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly check the status and assist you.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

First, check if the package was delivered to a neighbor or a local pickup point. In some countries, packages are placed in lockers or held at the post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact your local postal service. We can start an investigation, but this process may take 1–2 months.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and customs procedures vary by location.

Are there shipping fees?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product is severely damaged, we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement. For minor issues (like small scratches), we may offer a partial refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We’ll make it right! Please send us a photo of the incorrect item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed by our warehouse yet. Once your order is paid and in processing, cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for return authorization before sending anything back.
